What is a Podiatrist:
A Podiatrist is qualified in the prevention,
diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of
the foot and ankle.

What is Lymphedema:
Lymphedema is a persistent, long term swelling
of body parts, caused by a dysfunction in the
lymphatic system. The arms and legs are usually
effected. The lymphatic system assists the body
in defending infections, balance fluids and drain
waste products from the tissues.
